I believe in radical self-acceptance and awareness, and that in most cases, if you can dream it, you can do it with some loving kindness in this life.
My career began in event production and live entertainment in 2005, and has evolved into heart-fueling work as a program designer, author, and creator in the adult content space.

More of My Story
On NYE 2007 I felt a deep calling, which soon resulted in the creation of a burlesque troupe which I named the Sizzling Sirens Burlesque Experience (click here for my full burlesque origin story).
Finding myself as a young adult through building and being in community, exploring and expressing my creativity, and doing plenty of remothering (both consciously and unconsciously) is what forged the deep values surrounding connection that ground my life and work today.
My human network began to grow exponentially as I started devoting real time to teaching and coaching burlesque dance and performance in 2012. 5 years later I landed on the holistic aspects of the genre that developed into the sensual embodiment practice I hold today.
A precious moment caught towards the end of my weekly Foundations with Jay Movement Class run, pre-pandemic (circa late 2019).
In late 2017, I set out to offer a foundational movement experience that welcomed all levels, and dove into fundamental work in space that would challenge anyone -- dance background or otherwise -- to see and feel and connect to themselves through movement in a new and deeper way (empowering, transformative, scary and often really beautiful. Sometimes hilarious. Always sizzling).
My Foundations with Jay movement class was a little drop in series that started with a meaningful dream and very real desire, and blossomed to become a huge center of gravity and service in my heart.
Then came Covid-19. Heyyo! Classes stopped, and we were all thrust into a world of unknowns.
Since then, my work has moved into the digital space with a focus on program design, writing, and adult content creation. One thing that hasn't changed is my continued focus on exploring sensuality, creativity, and character through all of my work.
I recently married the love of my life, with whom I spend my time traveling the world now that we have access to it again. In ways I had never previously imagined possible, it is a dream come true.
What I have learned on my journey so far is that the path to fulfillment, expansion, connection, and perspective is not linear by any means. And that even when it is challenging, it still holds purpose that can be beautifully profound.
